Dear (The) Trashmen,
Would you have ever guessed that your 1963 single “Surfin’ Bird” (which you apparently pilfered from the Rivingtons) would ever become a internet fad in 2008 due to The Family Guy, and end up on an infant’s tee in 2012 somewhere in South India?
Yeah, me neither.
I am not sure who makes these anymore but this also reminded me of the time I saw a t-shirt for kids aged 8-12 that said ‘FLIPPING THE BIRD’ (replete with cartoon image of an Angry Bird being tossed through the air).
Gotta love logo tees with pigeon English1.
